Delete your Memrize account
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account → confirm twice. Your account is deleted immediately.
What we delete
Your account and profile, your decks and cards, your study history, streaks, XP and coins, your chats with Memo, and every file you uploaded.
What we keep
- Usage and cost records for our accounting, with nothing linking them to you.
- Copies in our routine backups, which are overwritten on their normal cycle.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel Memrize Plus. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store first, because only the store can stop the payments.
Can’t open the app?
Email aimemrize@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account” and we will do it for you.
