A person reads every message. Write in any language, and expect a reply within a day or two.

Cancel or refund a subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the App Store. Cancel in your store subscription settings; refunds go through the same store. Deleting the app does not cancel.

A deck came out wrong

Tell us which file you uploaded and what the app made of it. A screenshot of the cards helps, and so does the page they came from.

Delete your account

Profile › Settings › Delete Account removes your account and everything in it within 7 days. Or email us and we will do it for you.

Your data

The privacy policy lists exactly what we store, who processes it, and for how long. Privacy requests are answered within 30 days.
